It’s unequivocally the most contested issue facing the harbour city today: how do you create the most delicious burger? The debate sees no sign of abatement.

Neil Perry (Burger Project), Kerby Craig (Ume Burger), Jake Smyth (Mary’s Burgers), Somer Sivrioglu (Anason), Morgan McGlone (Belles Hot Chicken) and Monty Koludrovic (Icebergs Dining Room and Bar) set up camp at Wulugul Pop Up on the Barangaroo waterfront for one day only, and created a menu destined to leave burger lovers of all persuasions in patty-flipping heaven.
